How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Due to high order volumes,both online and locally, our average turnaround time for an order is approximately 4 weeks. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been processed and shipped. We are unable to offer expedited or overnight shipment at this time.
What is your return/exchange policy?
If your order was damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receipt at info@ilovemesomeus.com. We will work diligently to replace any incorrect or damaged apparel.
I really like a design, but you do not offer it in the color or size I desire.
We are willing and able to print our designs in many, many colors and sizes. However, it is overwhelming to try to offer every size and color on our website. If you are interested in a particular size or color of a design, please email your request to info@ilovemesomeus.com, and a member of our team will contact you.
I’ve seen your products sold for different prices at festivals, shows, or retails stores. Why is that?
It is our goal to keep our product costs consistent. However, depending on the manufacture changes, seasons/weather, fuel costs, etc., prices for particular items may increase or decrease. Although our retailers agree to limit markdowns/markups of our products, we do not control individual store sales or holiday specials. We often use festival sales for marketing research on new designs. Therefore, we may feature designs at festivals that are not offered on our website.
I want a design I saw at a festival (show, etc.), but I do not see it on your website.
It is our goal to feature/reveal new designs at some shows. Depending on the customer reception of those designs, we may choose to (or not to) add them to our online store. If you desire an I LOVE ME SOME US design that is not available online, please email your request to info@ilovemesomeus.com, and a member of our team will contact you.
I would like to use your images on a personal project. Is that okay?
All of our design images, books, and graphics are the sole property of I LOVE ME SOME US ©, and have been filed with the U.S. Library of Congress and protected by copyright/trademark. I have some ideas for my own apparel line and I am looking for a printer. Do you print for other apparel companies?
We offer custom printing options for family reunions, churches, school groups, and athletic teams. We are willing to custom print for other small apparel companies, depending on the artwork detail, color, and quantity. However, it is important to note we may not offer wholesale discounts or bulk rates that larger manufactory printers may offer.
