How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Due to high order volumes, both online and locally, our average turnaround time for an order is approximately 3-4 weeks. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been processed and shipped. We are unable to offer expedited or overnight shipment at this time.
What is your return/exchange policy?
If your order was damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work diligently to replace any incorrect or damaged apparel.
I really like a design, but you do not offer it in the color, style, or size I desire.
We are willing and able to print our designs in many, many colors, styles, and sizes. However, it is overwhelming to try to offer every possible option on our website. If you are interested in bulk orders (quantities of 20 or more), we can customize your order via our custom printing option.
I’ve seen your products sold for different prices at various shows or retails stores. Why is that?
Because it is our goal to keep our product costs consistent, very rarely do our prices fluctuate. However, depending on the fuel and travel costs, as well as seasonal increases in the cost of supplies, prices for particular items may increase or decrease. Although our retailers have agreed to keep store prices consistent with our company, we do not possess the ability to inspect or control individual store sales or holiday specials.
I want a design I saw at a show, but I do not see it on your website.
We often use our traveling pop-up boutique (shows) for marketing research on new designs. It is our goal to feature or reveal at least one new design at every show. Therefore, we often feature designs while traveling that are not available on our website. If the customer response to the new product is overwhelmingly positive, we add the new design to our online shopping options.
I would like to use your images on a personal project. Is that okay?
All of our design images, books, and graphics are the sole property of Brown Baby Design ©, and have been filed with the U.S. Library of Congress and protected by copyright/trademark. I have some ideas for my own apparel line and I am looking for a printer. Do you print for other apparel companies?
The majority of our custom print orders are for small businesses, family reunions, churches, school groups, and athletic teams, with quantities ranging between 25 and 300. We have also printed larger quantities for larger corporations, groups, and individuals interested in launching their own apparel lines. However, it is important to note, that because we are a small printing company, we do not offer the wholesale/bulk rates or discounts that the larger, factory printers are equipped to offer.
How do I care for my printed garments?
Turn your garment inside-out and always wash in cold water, on a gentle cycle. Do not use bleach or heavy, concentrated detergents to prevent fading or peeling of ink. Unless your printed garment is a very thick towel, never set your dryer heating to high. Excessive heat is probably the worst enemy of most clothing, especially those that are custom printed. The absolute best practice is to remove the garment from the dryer before fully heating and lay flat to air dry. Never, never iron directly over ink.
